Overview
This Refund Policy applies to services purchased from Appizum Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Refund eligibility depends on the type of service, project stage, and terms agreed in your contract or proposal.
Custom Development & Projects
For software development, web design, mobile apps, and ERP projects:
- Deposits and milestone payments are generally non-refundable once work has started on that phase
- If we are unable to deliver agreed deliverables due to our fault, we will work to remedy the issue or offer a partial refund as appropriate
- Cancellation by the client may incur charges for work completed up to the cancellation date
Bulk SMS, WhatsApp & API Services
Prepaid credits for bulk SMS, bulk WhatsApp, or API usage are typically non-refundable once credits are allocated or used. Unused prepaid balances may be considered for refund on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase, subject to administrative fees.
Digital Marketing Services
Fees for ongoing digital marketing retainers are billed in advance. Refunds for unused portions of a billing period may be considered if services are cancelled with written notice as per your agreement.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@appizum.in with your invoice number, project details, and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 7–10 business days.
Disputes
If you are not satisfied with our resolution, you may escalate the matter as per the dispute resolution clause in your service agreement or applicable consumer protection laws in India.
